Hearing Tests

Price: Varies

Dr. Beck performs a variety of tests to evaluate the outer, middle, and inner ears to include otoscopy, tympanometry, pure tone air conduction and bone conduction, speech reception and word discrimination testing, and distortion-product otoacoustic emissions. Each patient will leave same day with their results at the conclusion of the appointment along with access to print report and interpretation from the online, HIPAA compliant patient portal. We are in network with most major insurances.

Shamrock Service

Price: $190 annually

This is a great option for patients who purchased their hearing aids elsewhere, but want to become our patient. The hearing aids must still be under the original manufacturer warranty to qualify for this service (if not, see Cactus Care). This includes the following:

Clean/Check scheduled every 4 months
Receiver and/or earmold tubing changes
Manufacturer repairs
Unlimited hearing aid adjustments
Unlimited remote care

Cactus Care

Price: $365 annually

This is a great option for hearing aids that are not under the manufacturer’s initial warranty and less than 5 years old. This includes the following services:

Clean/Check of hearing hearing aids scheduled every 4 months
Receiver replacements or earmold tubing changes
Unlimited hearing aid adjustments
Unlimited remote/telehealth care
Discounted manufacturer repairs
Batteries included

Clean/Check

Price: $27.50 per aid

Your hearing aids will be thoroughly cleaned/checked to verify functionality. The microphones and speaker/receiver will be suctioned. The domes, filters, and/or earmold tubing will be replaced. A listening check will also be completed to verify that it is working.

*The first clean/check is ALWAYS on the house!

Hearing Aid Adjustment

Price: $80

Your hearing aids will be cleaned/checked and assessed by the audiologist and/or hearing aid dispenser trainee. Your hearing aids will then be connected to the computer and adjusted accordingly.

*applies to patients who did not purchase their hearing aids from Pathway Audiology and opt to pay per visit rather than purchasing a service plan

Home Visits

Price: $100

Your hearing aids will be cleaned/checked and assessed by the audiologist and/or hearing aid dispenser trainee. Your hearing aids will then be connected to the computer and adjusted accordingly in the comfort of your own home.

*Earwax removal via curette can also be performed with a home visit.

Earwax Removal

Price: $75-100

Dr. Beck performs earwax removal with a combination of curette and ear lavage.
